Darren Millar - CEO
After having kids (and being forced to grow up) Darren got back to the gym and started prioritising movement again. Very quickly gym turned into running, then cycling, then swimming...
Darren now clocks up thousands of miles per year on the bike all over Europe. He has represented Ireland at age group level at the Multisport World Championships several times, and was a silver medalist in the Olympic distance duathlon event in Romania in 2022.
At his happiest halfway up an Alp in France, or beating down the North Antrim Coast Road with a tailwind.
